I just arrived back home after a month of traveling from the western coast of Africa to the East and back to the West. I spent most of my holiday in the desert in Namibia, but did an epic cross-continental trip to the lush and warm shores of Mozambique, but more about that in my next post.
For now I am just going to give you a quick glimpse of the beauty and solitude of the Namib desert.
I spent two weeks in a fishing town on the coast of Namibia called Henties Bay. On of these days, Pierre and I decided to drive a couple of kilometers inland to find one of the driest, flattest and simplest pieces of Earth i have ever seen. This seemed like the perfect spot for a couple of photos.
I decided to complement the simple landscape with a black vintage dress and the raffia Country Road hat that you will see in every one of my holiday photos.
Hope you have a great week, you will be seeing a lot more of me from now on. I have major plans for this year.
